On the Straight and Level

Hi all
Well the last couple of weeks has seen some progress to the rebuild of my Crash Tender. But I have come across a simple problem for most and wonder if I could get some advice.

My build is a restoration and so the hull and internal bulkheads are some elses work. The other parts have been constructed from tracing round old delaminated structures or plans from the rip off bloke on eBay for those that are missing.
I am dry fitting the Cabin Sides and wheel house but presume I need to ensure they are square. I've tried to level the hull on my stand using the transform as a guide but when moving the level to other sections they are all at different.
So basically how do I ensure that what I'm refitting is straight and level?
