The IngaIV was an excellent kit originally many years ago and this shows in the build quality that remains in the purchased hull and deck that arrived by carrier from an online auction site. A good scrub of the decking and a coat of paint on the hull. I made the sails and masts, plus the rigging. Never dealt with a yacht before so it was a steep learning curve, enjoyed every stage and took 8 weeks to maiden voyage which went well and I can say was a success

Fantastic pictures, thanks for that, you have done lots of nice ideas, slotted masts, did you cut the slots? If so how and with what cutter? I will be joining but couldn't do it the other day because I need a password I can't remember and I'm on holiday so will do it later.👍
