I can send you the 3D files for printing yourself. I don't have these already made for sale. Note that these benders are not universal. There are separate ones for each radii, as well as forceach tubing diameter. Soft copper tubing only, not solid rods.

I have been in communication with Gary Webb about making this “weedless” design of a fin as I know others around the globe suffer from aquatic plants which interfere with their ability to sail.
Gary said, “ add weight, a pound or so to the ballast. Let her total weight increase to about (max) 15 pounds.
This will help somewhat to offset the reduction of the fin depth.
She will float about 1/4" lower in the water, but that'll be OK.”
I tested in the bathtub with 12 lbs. for leakage and am fine.
I am not sure about adding that much weight. What would you say to reducing the sq.footage of sail area?

Yesterday I didn’t sail the schooner as the wind was too strong and with the occasional gusts, it was decided not to chance it. I had a discussion with another member who agreed it would be best not to launch it.
I rigged it leaving the sails to flop loose with the wind. It still brought people in with their cameras and a chance to talk with them about the hobby. They were always surprised to find out it was not a kit.
I had several chances to “educate” kids who with their parents came up to ask questions.
I had one boy asking about the schooner but didn’t know what the hull was, so I lifted it up, then let him hold it. He was thrilled, cameras flashed and he listed as I pointed out various parts of the schooner.
