Hi Jimbob Thank you for the pictures. Must say I still don't like the look of the sinking boat as that's what happened to mine when first water tests.Seeing them underwater is not the best result as I didn't think she was a submarine when I built her.

Hi Newby7 at least 30 years ago this boat was given to me by my late brother in law Terry it was a Billings Kit still in the box built in our spare bedroom remembering all the plank on timbers that formed the hull. Photos show "her" sailing happily @ Portishead Lake in Bristol I say happily till a strong gust of wind caught it & almost flipped it over it then took on a lot of water & sank as you see in the photo luckily it managed to stay partly submerged & it was rescued by some young guys in a Swan boat that they hire out on the lake. It has now been completely gutted & all the electrics replaced it lives to tell another tale ππ
