It was a fun day! Water was about 5-6” depth , the schooner scraped the bottom every once in awhile but generally it was fine. We had many enquirers and some heard from word of mouth that a schooner was sailing in the Nathan Phillips Square pond. I let a bystander who knew how to sail RC sailboats, take the controller while I went to capture it on film. That is him, Brooke, in the last photo

It’s nice to see government money being useful for something practical
