Tomorrow sees GVMBC exhibit at our first National Show. Previously we have exhibited at local events and Village fetes and tomorrow we step up a gear.
We're bringing about 30 boats including Yachts, Grey-boats and Tugs from 17 inches to 8 feet in length.
If you're attending, come and say hello to us as we'll be feeling a bit nervous.

Yesterday morning saw a dramatic sinking of a Duck on Needham Lake.
The duck, minding it's own business swimming around, was visciously attacked by a motionless tug boat!
Having taken on water, Turbo-Duck made a valiant attempt to reach the shore before sliding, tail first, into the depths.
A rescue mission was Immediately initiated and the stricken foul was brought, lifeless, to the surface where, having been drained of lake water, CPR was not attempted. All components are now sitting in bags with rice in my airing cupboard where they will remain for a week before resuscitation is attempted.
