    The first idea to make a model of the fireboat Florian was in 2014. I made a model in 1:12 scale.n about 2019, I started making a large 1:7 model, but due to poor workmanship and "Covid 19" it didn't work. I stored the disassembled model for 4 years. An attempt to continue working didn't go well, the model wasn't laminated well, the individual layers didn't hold. I scrapped the construction and took a break for about 1 year. By chance, I found the original fireboat in the port in Prague. I was even able to board it. That encouraged me and I'm starting to work on the large ship again.

    Hi Premececkz, as I wrote in the "harbour" section, it's not often that you see a 1:7 scale and a model that's almost 3 meters long.
    A curiosity: why this choice, why so big?
