    I've glued the bits of the superstructure together. The front windows were a bit of a b*gger - they didn't fit very well, so I ended up making the centre one out of separate pieces of wood.

    Oh, dear! it turned out that with the servo mounted where it was, the horn was just a tad too high and would catch on the underside of the well deck. So I had to re-site it and attach it with a "snake"

    Here the motor and steering servo have been mounted properly. The motor is as near in line with the prop shaft as possible.
    All wood bits have been yacht-varnished before being glued in.
    The speed controller is a Mtroniks Viper 20.

    Since I'm fitting a 540 motor, I needed to mount the motor further forward, and therefore the battery had to go further back.

    The rudder mount is made out of three pieces of wood glued to the tube. in the event, I decided to reinforce it with extra wood.
