May last photo was of hull which I built from balsa wood scraps as I usually us bass wood for hulls then I happened to find some craft sticks in the only store open in Canada are Walmart's any way sticks are 1 inch by 10 inch so figured if I glued sticks onto balsa wood hull will be much stronger P/S I know photo is pretty ugly but with a little filler & lots of sanding hull should be o/k

Love a model you can get into with a belt sander, nearly as good as working on a 100% boat.😁 (did that with my airboat)
It'll come up fine and be like a brick one! Maybe f/glass to finish once filled and sanded, as it will be easier to fair nicely later?
