It's been raining since early this morning & hasn't stopped so decided to build a rudder & put rudder tube in the boat my next chore will be making a opening in the deck & I'm always afraid I'll make a mistake in hole cutting dimensions because I have no more mahogany door skin left for the deck . Then fun starts putting the motor & stuffing box in another day

Currently getting the garden raised beds ready. They needed reinforcements and used shelf brackets. I couldn’t go get anything from the hardware store. Glad I had screws.
It's been my experience to measure twice -cut once and go buy more wood...
I admire you guys building in wood. So far everything I've done has been plastic with perhaps a veneer overlay. Maybe the next boat .
Just a little more completed . When building a scratch model sometimes it take a while to figure out how to get into boat for any repairs or battery changes so it took a while my solution use some nuts & bolts to hold cabin down Wife wanted shed door repainted after I accidentally sprayed some yellow paint on door so had to get some cans of brown paint .
