just starting to spray the deck and hull ,so far all looks good.dont know if I should spray the bottom white or red? any advice from anyone

- It is traditional to paint the lower half of slipway launched boats white. When the Tamar was introduced the lower half was antI fouling red ( almost shocking pink). Cromer's boat (16-05) was changed from red to white. Barrow's boat was the first one to go on station with a white hull.
- the main reason for the "antI fouling" paint [and its colour] was because the baot it was applied to was stationed in sea water and moored in the water. Any boat either returned to slipway or trailer was painted white as it was not necessary for the hull to retain antI fouling paint as the boat was not kept in water.
It all depends on your specific boat and where it is/was stationed. if its a slipway station , then it keeps the white hull.

nearly at the end of the build,just finished the Y BOAT for the transom bay looks nice.sea trials next can't wait to see how It performs
