The Big St Albans Model Show is back for 2026
Over the 26th and 27th of September at Townsend School in St. Albans.
Come and have a go with our radio-controlled model boats, take a free steam train ride, see big Tamiya radio-controlled trucks in action, drive our electric ride-on train.
You can also see drones flying, hot air balloons, a real jet engine working, model steam lorries, drive a big model tank, big Meccano models, Scalextric race track, model railway layouts and many other displays from other local clubs and societies.

Over two days you can experience the largest club run model show in the south east of the country, brought to you by the St Albans & District Model Engineering Society.
Cold food & refreshments will be available including tea, coffee, squash, crisps, sandwiches etc.
