Do you mean where they sit within the Boat Harbour section or within your own?
If the former then it probably depends on when they are added. You would have to add them all at the same time to get them next to each other.
If within your own harbour I would think you would have to delete your existing ones and then create new containing the boats you want to have together.

how do re position boats in the my boat harbour i have various boats of a type that i wish to have next to each other
