I thought about making a cover to slide over the center hand rail with a carrier structure painted on it. On second thoughts the county probably would not like that for safety reasons.

The dock we (SSMBC) use is about the same size as a US aircraft carrier at 1/35 scale. Too bad we don't have the opportunity to test moving it with our tugs because of it being secured with pilings. Just thought I would share my thought.
