Hi Pat.
A fishing vessel engaged in normal fishing will have the standard side navigation lights (red to port and green to starboard, 112.5 degrees) and a white stern light (135 degrees) when moving (making way).
At the masthead, it will have two 360-degree lights, one above the other (the uppermost red and the lower white).
If the fishing gear extends more than 150 meters outboard, it will have an additional white 360-degree light.
A trawler will have the navigation and stern lights described above when moving.
Additionally, it will have two lights, one above the other, white and green. The green one is higher, both with 360-degree visibility.
If this type of fishing vessel exceeds 50 meters, a second masthead light must be added, as is the case with all mechanically propelled vessels. That is, a 225-degree lighthouse toward the bow, placed higher and further aft than the first.
I did it from memory, but as soon as I can, I'll take a photo from some books and post it. That way, it'll be easier to understand.
