Hi Bob, many thanks for this information, very much appreciated.
Good day Guy my name is Bob haven built several boats around this size , and for good performance as well as runtime and price . This is the combination that I use and is reliable . These items are all stocked on AiExpress so it is a one stop shop. The motors I recommend are Surpass or Rocket 35 width 48 length 1100 to 1450 KV . KV ( is 1000rpm per volt) . Both these motors run quite and have the mounting face to the output 4mm shaft , for better aliment to the prop shaft ( 4mm ). The prop shaft should have a bearing motor end and a teflon bush prop side ,the teflon bush is self lubricating in water. A Surpass KK esc 80 amp works really well , runs cool has both an on off switch and receiver plug as well a xt 60 plug. Battery lipo 4000 to 5200 mha 3s 40 to 60 C . This should give a run time of around 40 to 50 min depending on throttle usage .Prop size should be around 38 to 40 mm 1.4 pitch. This combination should give you a 40 to 50 kph speed and good run time . Hope this helps you ps lube your shaft with boating or silicon grease . Happy boating and use 4mm to 4mm universal joint.
