My Gina was a little tender in the water.When you get yours ready do a sail in calm weather.We had to take down the mainsail but in the wind she was still leaning and taking water on the deck.One member commented that it looked so real with the water coming out of the scuppers.No water was noticed when I brought her in to check the innards.

Good tip, will investigate how to do that, and keep her watertight, when I get around to the renovation.

I may get it ready for the water again but I'm refurbishing a ship for a friend of mine and powering up a model for my daughter and her husband.My Gina 2 I can take the full deck off to gain access to the innards.This is a great help.

Amazing! That is exactly the boat I inherited from an Aunt last year.
Took me months to find out what it was. Originally I thought it was a Kentish boat, cos our family hails from East Kent (Folkestone area) and Aunt Beryl often painted fishing boats along the Kent coast. Eventually I discovered that she was based in Ebsjerg in Denmark, hence the E in the registration.
Shame yours has been deactivated 🤔 I'm going to try to renovate mine and fit it with a 60's Taycol Target which I have modded to run forwards and backwards from a standard brushed ESC. Your pics will help, thanks 👍 Cheers, Doug 😎
