Hi guys.
I'm sorry I havent been online much just lately. As some of you will know, I am disabled with a degenerative spinal condition which we are trying to manage. I had a spinal OP about 3 weeks ago, and this hasn't gone too well. I am currently recuperating very slowly, and still feeling like I've taken a few steps backwards as the pain seems worse 10 fold 😭 Myself and the wife are taking a few days in the sun in Cyprus, so hoping the warmth will help the healing.
