Even if you were able to go a crowded pub may not be that good for you as the virus is still with us.

Sorry about that Colin, as you say, living in the sticks is nice, but does have it's drawbacks. Not sure what we can do to help.

Sorry Nerys but Caroline isn't allowed to drive as her long term illness prohibits it as she has blackouts.
If I took a taxi 1 way I wouldn't have enough money left to get drunk, living in the sticks is nice but can be costly for those who don't drive.
And no bus service either, thats why we have an occasional drink at home.

That would be great if I lived within walking distance of one. Walking 3 miles on dodgy hip in the dark is bad enough but drunk as well???

The nurse putting me on dialysis yesterday said that now the pubs are open, we should all go and get drunk as often as possible in case they are closed again when the next spike happens.
