Hi Brian,
This is the plan that Fred's talking about; James P Woods. US harbour tug from early 20th century.
It appeared in the March 2019 issue of MB.
An extremely detailed description of the construction in 5 parts was published in the March to July '19 issues.
Tasters attached; first double page spread of each article.😉
If these pique your interest I'll see about creating pdf files of each article.
