No sweat Jim,
we all had to start somewhere an' that's what we 'Old Hands' are here for - to help point the way.
BTW take a shufti in the How To topics - my (🙄) exemplary Number Two Martin555 has written an excellent Guide to the Site to help new members get up to speed.
Keep your interesting posts coming 👍
Any questions JUST YELL - we'll be happy to lead you up the garden path 😁😂
er ... I mean down the slipway😊
Happy building, and sailing when possible🤔
Stay SAFE, cheers, Doug 😎
BTW Congrats on your promotion to Leader 👍 BRAVO ZULU.
Young at heart 😉 Slightly older in other places.😊 Cheers Doug

Nice tidy boats Chalkie👍
You should put them, and any others in your fleet, in your Boat Harbour.
We'd all like to see what you've been up to (We're a nosy lot😁) and you can grab a few brownie points👍
All the best, stay safe and please let us know how you get on with Clupea.
Cheers, Doug 😎

Nice looking boats Chalkie.

Your right we are all in the same boat (if you pardon the pun)
These are very difficult times as we all know.
The trouble is there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel, especially after yesterday’s announcements.
Take care.
Regards Bill

Both very nice boats.Well done.I think most of us are in the same boat (🙄Edit😎) as we are unable to find a spot to sail as most have been closed because of lock down.So we depend on one another to show and see each others work. That keeps us young at heart at least.

Just like to share a couple of my models.
A Tid Tug built from a Kingston Mouldings hull/plan on a pond at Sneterton airfield.
STARLET built from a Vic Smeed plan at Eaton Park Norwich.
The pond at Sneterton is no longer available and the shipmates have mostly died or become incapacitated, hence the lack of activity on my part.
However, onwards and upwards!
