Good to hear you are starting to get this project underway.
I would like to see some photos of this Sonic mister as you progress.

Will now work on the 24v power for the mister.

24 v power
I am sorry if was not clear. I often use sealed lead acid (sla) batteries in my builds. I usually use a 12 volt/7 amp hour for my motors and electronics. In order to get the 24 volts require by the misters, I wire a small, 12 volt/1.2 amp hour battery in series with the drive battery. The power leads to the ESC and other 12 volt needs are connected to the 12 volt battery in the regular manner. You would hook up the mister to the available 24 volts by connecting to the + (positive) of one battery, and the other lead to the - (negative) of the second battery. In technical terms you are creating series parallel circuits. Remember that the mister uses very little amperge, but it needs the "push" of the increased voltage. That said the extra push does not need a lot capacity, it can come from a very small battery, say 4 AA size. Like the battery packs that come with radio receivers.

ToraDog sorry but what is 1.2 a battery.Could you draw out or write up how you make the connections and batteries used.

You do not need two 12v batteries of the same size for the misters.
I hope this makes sense.

It sounds to me that Graham93 has given you the best solution.
That way you have both 12 Volts and 24Volts.

Yes, 24v will be too much for a 12v fan. I would expect the fan to be happy with somewhere in the range 9v to 13v, preferably 12v! You could consider running it off one of the two batteries, but would need to work out how to switch it on/off.
I’m with Martin though, why do you need 24v?

Why are you thinking of using 24 Volts ?

Sorry if i am getting this wrong but are you saying that you are thinking of powering a 12Volt fan with 24Volts ?

Question? Will that be to much power to run a 12v fan and if so is this were I would need a step down converter.
Finding out electrical on line is great until I find more related to the first problem back to square one.
No wonder some call electrical the Black Arts.
