Real trimarans were not in general good sailing boats, or I never thought so from ones I have seen sailing.
Now tell me so and so sailed round the world in one. So what, I saw one fall to pieces in the Medway. Looking at your model the outrigger hulls look too long. Even if she sailed, I doubt she would tack. Fitting a keel of some sort is probably a good idea, should stop her capsizing. I would have thought she would have had one supplied as part of the kit. I'm no expert on tris, things like that don't appeal. Nerys 👍 Like
