Aquired this boat some time ago I take it its some form of kit deck fitings have the look of a home made one 7.4 voltI have since found out in the late 1950s Richmond boats made models of there actual Cabin crusiers for there customers children 24 was made in all so in every thing a bit of history boat story comes out

one problem is with this boat the paint is crazing the boats a wood construction bit painted in I don't know any ideas what to do

Well today soon after this photo was taken the old Robie 8.4 motor went out so I have replaced it with a 600 motor and 12v, not a fan of brushless motors

I have had this boat in my work shop[shed] for a speed controler and radioreplacement and lighting rewire off to test on Sunday
