the superstructure was placed on the wrong way round, do you have any instructions, plans or parts list for this kit ? I think it's 1:24 scale and someone pointed me to Mount Fleet Models and compared this to the 'Danny Boy' kit what do you think ?

I agree with Lucky and Frankie.๐Ÿ‘
The green nav light also gives it away, should be on the starboard side not port.
It is also showing astern instead of forward.

Not only does it look odd with the funnel in front of the wheelhouse, but the funnel looks raked forward - implies the unit is back to front?

One thing that stands out to me is that your model seems to have the superstructure back to front with the funnel forward of the bridge.

Hereโ€™s a picture of a model of Lydia Eve but itโ€™s not easy to see the rigging as there are other steam trawlers behind. The forward mast is used as a derrick so is down most of the time. Iโ€™ve attached a couple more which may be of help.

Looks very nice already. What will be the focus of your restoration? Exterior detailing, internal power and lighting?

    Looking forward to it.

Is that a Mountfleet Models model? It looks an awful lot like my Britannia.
