Another boat that I bought and brought back to regular use. The model was being sold by the club I am a member of (Oxford Model Boat Club) as it had been donated by a member who was sadly suffering from health problems.I have documented the work I did to the boat, mainly the replacement of the prop shaft and motor, and then more recently having to move the motor forward to accommodate a stronger coupling after the first one broke when I ran over a submerged branch in the water.
The model was returned to the water a few days ago and ran even better than it had before.
I expect to be getting quite a few hours on the water with this boat this year - Deans Marine boats certainly do sail well!
