    I've been wanting to try brushless for a while. Can't decide where to start.

    Its difficult to buy and change motors too much.

    I've had a strategy to find and purchase a destroyed brushless boat on ebay and take the motor and esc etc. Haven't done it yet.

    Nice boat, runs very well . 🤗

    It’s a Aquastar 1750kv motor, a Turnigy 90a ESC, running on 12v 5.0 amp NiMh battery.
    I’ve been avoiding LiPo, partly because I’ve got dozens of NiMh battery’s, and partly because it looks like black magic!, just not got the time to distract from my other projects to get into it yet, but I will at some point. This one is a bit quicker than I expected to be honest.
