   Because it has an attachment to you Dad you should certainly build it. It's a nice kit to build, so take your time and enjoy it.

   Thanks for the note. Try MACK RC Products too for deck fittings and the like. Shipping is a bit expensive but he has a lot of good RC stuff.

    Most everything is from the kit except the railings on the cabin roof, the radio and antenna, flags and railing chain. A couple of other bits like the horns, spotlight, portholes and anchor/chain are from Harbor Models and Cornwall Boats.
