If you are looking for a place to run your electric RC boat, sailboat, show off your newly built model, or just show up and watch on a sunny afternoon, then our home on the pond may be the place for you. We are a small but growing club, promoting RC boating, RC modeling, family fun, and friendship.
Our home is the Andover Station Pond located at 2000 Bunker Lake Blvd NW Andover, MN (between the Andover Target and Walgreens in Andover, MN). We have scheduled activities throughout the year including our "Light up the Pond", after dark, autumn RC regatta. Sound like a fun, lazy afternoon? So far my collection resembles "The Island of Misfit Toys". I've picked up several boats that are old builds and have been neglected. I'm giving them the TLC they need, hoping to bring them back to their former glory. Once I get enough practice/ experience I intend to take on a full build.
