I second 4clubs remarks, huge site filled with people, eventually found the Southport Model Boats marque, very well stocked wit a superb array of model boats in all there different possibilities. All your stewards should be given a medal, the heat in the display area was almost unbearable, but, it's better than it raining.
Will have to get to your sailing pond and join you in a natter, bring my Amsterdam when it's finished, Great show, thank you.

The beautiful weather brought in the crowds to this two day event.
The Southport Model Boat Club put on thier usual professional display in the "Boats" tent.
The portable pool was a great success with the kids, who sailed boats at 50pence a go; with all the proceeds going to Queenscourt Hospice in Southport.
