After successful float test started building the superstructure. Boat is 24inches long, single motor with 3 blade 35mm brass prop.

Well done you for attempting a scratch build, starting with making the hull. You are one of a small niche amongst lots of kit builders in a minority hobby. A lot of work, - but I think you will gain far more satisfaction than merely assembling what is all too often a grossly expensive, far from accurate and altogether imperfect model boat kit.
