Due to the situation in Canada & the world to avoid contact with a potential virus started another Scratch build R/C model the Constellation which was a kit at one time by Berkeley models Inc. That I wish was still around the plans are not the greatest & there is a bit of guessing but I think I can manage

hi I'm building a dumas commander which is similar to the constellation. i found at the mariner museum they have a lot of chris craft blue prints. you could look there for prints and ideas on a built, it helped me on my build. I have add a interior and some mod to the kit.

While the frames are gluing up thought I start making motor & drive shaft .All my parts for this are from parts in my junk pile as it's getting very hard to order parts from China & the cost of shipping is to high & takes a very long time to get to Canada . The flex coupling is a Graupner that's no longer available & think they are the best couplings I have ever used wish some one could make more .

You have eased my mind! Thought it was just me having difficulty with Chinese parts.
At least they refund your money quickly, but when you have lost 3 months waiting, small consolation!

Well back here in Ontario Canada it's gotten pretty tense lots of things shut down . So had to use up a lot of scrap wood as most Hobby Stores are considered non essential .Right now my glue supply getting low & I'm having trouble figuring out how to make the nose look like plans
