NickD, nice to see another Huntsman 28 being built, they're such a pretty boat, more so than the 31 in my opinion.

This is one of my Veron Huntsman 28, they're 42" long.

This is my version, as far as I'm aware, when you finally fit cockpit lower sides, make sure the tops are level with the top of the sanded stringers for the decking. Mine are scratch built transomes not all perfect, but hey what was filler and paint invented for........๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I apologise for upside down images............

    Hi

Just following the plans which show the frames to be attached to the keel first and then the well sides added. The chine etc will be added later. The well sides(provided by Sarik ) are clearly longer than the gap between the last two frames and I am reluctant to start cutting them up if I have made a basic error in the construction so far๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

Thanks for posting the pictures, it doesn't actually show your problem at present.
Although I have never seen a model built in this method before I'm sure you will get the answers from a member who has.
Looking forward to seeing more as you progress.
    Cheers Colin.

Panels should fit, however before trimming wood cut a cardboard template that fits to fit then trim wood to that pattern.

    Hi All
Just purchased the wood kit from Sarik for the above and have all the main bulwarks in place. However I cannot seem to fit the well sides also anyone any idea about the covering for the motor as the pieces provided seem to be to big! Do I need to trim them???
