I cut the inside with a jigsaw and the outside with bandsaw, first the inside cutting an filling, than the outside on the bandsaw, this way it’s strong and won’t bend when handling

Yes wil try to make the frame from aluminium, also have 0,3mm thick that is so thin you can cut it with knife, maybe I wil use that for cockpit screen

Finished the window frames, I used 1mm aluminium plate with 0,75mm vivak clear sheet. It was a lot of tryouts and faults. But job done!

But it went wrong with glueing the. Windows not the frames.

This summer mostly solving technical difficulties.
Replaced the prop shaft for a 4mm flex shaft, with 40cm it was to long and made lot of vibration.
Tried different motors, now got 3670 1550KV with 40mm 3 blade prop and runs great with good speed,
Also made water cooling with 2 micro pumps.
After al technical problems the build is progressing again 😎
Dekking finished and made side pods,

Weather is real bad for weeks, and not a lot of time. If have so much things to try, reviver was next to esc so moved this to back of the boat. But not tested yet . Hope I have some time and weather this weekend

Hello, drive shaft is both side balbearings, I am running 4s with 35mm prop, esc is 70A. Test in bathtub with amp meter is not running above 25/30A then it’s not cutting. Only On open water, I think it’s more a problem with receiver interruption.
