Disaster voyage rebirth

Well done Happy Hagis. An impressively fast rebuild after your rotten experience. Model boating and building can very easily become addictive and your post shows the best approach is very often to just get on with it rather that putting the pieces to one side - to just gather dust and very likely further damage.
A really good effort and a good example to us all.

John. 😆😆😉

If you can recover a disaster like that in such a short time, I'll send you some of my (awaiting refurb) boats to play with.
That's a splendid recovery and I look forwards to seeing it on the water.
Well done shipmate, cheers Colin.
Fair winds and calm waters,

Disaster voyage rebirth

So after today's unfortunate events with the maiden voyage going pear shape with dog attack then damaged structure I've been quite hard at work trying to find a way to repair her and here is the outcome!

Not finished yet though much better than bits

My hospital appointment tomorrow isn't till the afternoon so I'll be popping to the pond first thing to get some proper photos
