    I have seen lots a weird looking tug finishes, I think this one says a lot about its owner.
    But then again, the art goes beyond tugs.
    Check out The John J. Harvey is one of FDNYโ€™s most historic vessels. The boat was built in the 1930s, decommissioned in the 1990s, and brought back into service for 9/11.
