For Sale: Early 1970s SHG Skuai 33 inches long with 11 and a half inch beam. This is an example of the famous model which caused a sensation at the 1975 Naviga competition and at one time held 4 world records. It was designed by Gorgio Merlotti and I was told it was raced at Naviga 75 but there is no provenance to support this. However, the Fibreglass craft is in good condition and with a little tlc could be on the water very quickly. The craft is powered by an OPS 60 engine which has good compression and has a tuned 19.5โ€ tube along with a Pylon Brand Hi-Tork starter, various spares and service stand. I have removed the engine and tube but they are available should someone want to restore it to original setup. Alternatively, an electric conversion could be spectacular. Price for the craft and service stand ยฃ150 ono. Price for the OPS 60 engine and tuned tube ยฃ75. Price for the Hi Tork starter ยฃ20. Will consider an offer for the lot. All items can be collected from postcode CF15, 1 mile of Junction 34 of the M4 or I can post at parcel force cost.
