Great job Peewit. She looks real busy👍
Are the crew taking a well earned tea break somewhere?

I built my inshore trawler- Ella May- from the

You are most welcome to the plans and building instructions

Hi Roy,
Have a look here, it might tell you which edition.
If all else fails you may have to 'summon up the blood' and actually pay Sarik or Cornwall Model Boats for a plan.
Cheers, Doug😎
PS Being a Vic Smeed plan it may well be from an issue prior to 2011.

Fishing Boats

Hi all does anyone know which edition of Model Boats magazine was Vic Smeed's Cormorant a free plan? The plan number is V112.
It is mentioned as a free plan but has a curious plan number as most start MMxxxx! Anyway if it was a free plan I will know where to find it among my set of Model Makers/ Boats magazines.

I have left the subject open so it is available for posts on fishing boats.

I like the scale of 1 : 30 or 35 as it is a small scale but also makes a working model boat and the crew figures are easier to find at this scale.

I have 2 'Mary Anns and a sailing fishing boat, which I enjoy sailing. Also another to refurbish.

I should live so long!
