The US is by no means alone in that Lew.
The trick is to identify the out and out scams (just to cause aggravation or worse) and attempts at free advertising. Not so important as the cure is the same in either case; delete and block, and forward to relevant authorities. Not necessarily just the website owner, depending on severity and recognised objective of the perpetrator!

"How ro make..." - tells you up front. Here in the US we get loads of oversea scam calls. Best thing to do is identif this as a scam and to Fireboat for deletion.

Don't worry LD,
It happens from time to time, but there's a few of us who are alive to such threats.
This is not the first time.
In the old days I (and one or two others) could squash such attempts immediately. Now all I can do is to alert Stephen, our site owner and Admin man. Who has reacted quickly in this case👍

All in all I believe that with the vigilance of a few members and the basic protection installed by Stephen (although I'm not so enthusiastic about an apparent connection with Google) we are better protected from such incursions than many other hobby sites.

There will always be such 'opportunists' just trying their luck, or idiots simply trying to cause chaos. Not to mention the hackers trying to nick our money.😠
But there are a few guys on this site fairly experienced in picking them out😁

I've exposed SerenaZ as a spoof account, 'Backdoor advertising' for a Chinese machine tool company.
I advised Stephen (Fireboat), our site owner, who has deleted her account.
Not the first such occurrence on this site. Shit happens!
