Thank you Phil! It's a kit-bash of an Entex 1:16th scale Model-A parts car and an LGB G-Scale frame with some trucks from God knows where. 😉
The figures are 3D prints from a nice fellow who markets 3D figures in various scales. Someday I hope to be able to 3D print
my own parts.
It's a pretty close mock-up of a Model-A RailCar from around 1935 or so. I enjoyed quite a bit.

Whoa! Now that's a worthy project! Gorgeous craft!! I just recently got roped into a scratch kit-bash commission build for a local model railroad collector (see below). Hence my delay to start my USCG boat. Nevertheless, have to enjoy the challenge! I'm sure you will too CT! Keep us in the loop!
😉

Amidst all the sad news of the last few days, I had a very interesting call. A local yacht manufacturer wants to build a scale model of their yacht to use as demonstration.
I am very excited about this and although the model will not be commercially available to order, I hope that this will give us a little bit of exposure in the future.
At 1:15 scale she will be 800mm long.
The model will be made of carbon fibre to make it as light as possible.
The real yacht is 12m long with a beam of 6.5m.
