Hi Nickthesteam, hard work awaits you.
I greatly admire those who know how to restore naval models. I find restoration more difficult than building from scratch.

Hi folks. I have just aquired what looks like a Tid tug, the hull id definately Tid shaped, not so sure about the superstructure. It is a free runner (not for long) around 48 inches long. It has a single cylinder engine and one of those odd two barrel boilers, meths fired. It will go on to my future to do pile to await restoration...
If it don't fit, use a hammer to make it fit....
