The rudder is 5” long and 3” at its deepest,
I have found it to be very effective in bringing the yacht about when required.
The keel is fixed and comprises of a mahogany top section blended with 9 lb of lead
for ballast.
This combination allows the Yacht to cope with reasonable wind conditions.
