A different set of questions today some would say built with Doug in mind - but I only thought that when I had decided to post - again a two part question this time on flag signals - staying away from the RN theme for the time being :-)
No1. What does the flag signal Romeo Yankee mean when flown from a ship mostly in harbour or at anchor.
No2 What Does the flag signal November Echo Numural Two mean
