The tug is used as a rescue boat for stranded or disabled sailboats.

Looks like a very nice lake you all have to use. I myself do not sail but I see there was a motor boat in your photos. Only slower electric and steam powered boats in my harbor. The wife and I are looking to move East in retirement. Might be able to join you someday.

Black Mountain Radio Sailing Club

We sail every Wednesday and Saturday at 1300/1pm weather permitting. Weather minimums are: no rain, temperature "Feels like" above 32 degrees F / O degree C.
We race DF95s, but all other classes are welcome.
