Looks like March and April should not have gone out.
I will refund the £5.00 total and look into how this happened. Once you upgrade, the previous subscriptions should of course cancel. I see it has been cancelled already infact. I've just issued the refund for the two months now as well.

I'm listed as a bronze user (now incorrect) but its seem when I upgraded to silver I am still being charged for both bronze and silver ?
I've tried using the help message several times and still get no response
