The man driving Bluebird K7 is Dave Warby and he is seen he taking Donald Campbells mascot "Mr Whoppit" with him - a nice touch.

Also pictures here is Gina seen holding Mr Whoppit before handing it over to Dave to take with him on his 100mph run.

100 mph Bluebird K7.

Bluebird K7 at Coniston this week reached 100mph yesterday (Friday 15th May 2026) as her speed has been gradually increased during her shake-down runs this week.

Bluebird K7 Festival Conniston 2026.

The Bluebird Festival has been taking place all this week at Coniston in the UK Lake District on the same waters that Donald Campbel last run Bluebird K7 .

There are a lot of really nice pictures of this craft and his father Malcom Campbel's earlier craft Bluebird K3, along with their Bluebird K12 Albatros support boat that would be nice to see here as an interesting reference for those of us that are interested in any of these Campbell family power boats.
