This website doesn't allow for private sub-groups within the general field of model boating. I think if you want a separate community for it, your best bet is to start a facebook group. There are a lot of members on here who build static boats already mind. Not sure it's necessary to create a new place for it, although entirely up to you 😊

I've ask before, but I'll ask again. As boat builders, kit or scratch build, we share a common bond. EX's share there hobby, so why not boat builders. I would like a place to share ideas, what did and didn't work, material resources, access to plans and just a place to talk about our hobby. The email for this is staticmodelboatbuilders@gmail.com
