Old Model Marine Motors...

Ain' it always the way Ken?
You're looking for something totally different and what do you find first?
The very thing you couldn't find last month and ended up buying again to keep a project going😠
I too recognised some of DG's motors; like the little blue cased KK Mabuchi 25s. Two of those were the original fit in my 1/72 destroyer in '66. Later the broad square shouldered KK Mabuchi No 4 also in GD's pic! Last refit 30 years ago I fitted two Graupner 540s.
Still digging, pics soon. Cheers, Doug 😎
Young at heart 😉 Slightly older in other places.😊 Cheers Doug

My goodness -is that an Elmic drive and TWO Sprite outboards. (dont want to part with one Sprite by any chance?) Would be great on a Cresta with a small ESC.
Will dig out a few to see what there is - mostly toy type outboards . Watch this space !

How many people have something interesting at the back of their motor drawer?

I have a collection of Taycols which I gathered to illustrate a web site, but apart from that I am not a motor collector. However, I was delving in a few odd places in the workshop, and laid out a line of my older motors - picture below.

Has anyone else got anything interesting to display?
