openTX and openLRSng

I recently purchased a Taranis X9E for my surface fleet. Best move I ever made. Having been an analog man for 45 years, it is a steep learning curve. I found that this gent's series on Open TX and Taranis in particular to be incredibly helpful. While I have not been thru the entire series, i can not say if he has addressed using UHF, but he does appear to be open to requests.

openTX and openLRSng

Early days but my version of openLRS - one that will be easy to understand and use!!!

16CH RC UHF with telemetry being streamed back from model

A quick test of latency - pretty good considering convaluted path for the RC commands...

That's all right, Mr Ryan. My Morse is so rusty, I could be sending him dimensions on Playmate of the Month.

openTX and openLRSng

Hi,

Anybody have experience/views on using openTX in conjunction with openLRSng?

I am insterested in opinions as to if it's reliable, easy to use....

Thank you in advance
Jonathan .

OpenTX = open software that you can run on some radio handsets https://www.open-tx.org/

openLRSng = an implementation of radio control on UHF (459mhz) https://openlrsng.org/
