    I have always know them as fish eye pins/hooks.
    Not sure if that is the real name,I am sure there may well be another name
    They are on eBay under fish eye pins.

    I'm sure the answer is obvious to many but I've looked online for these wire loops/hooks as a simple means of attaching rigging to the deck. Do they have a specific name? I've tried a few searches on google and nothing close comes up.
